Once the order is submitted it is processed immediate. Unfortunately, there are time when an items is not available after the order is submitted. You will not be charge for the items missing in a multi-item order request. The item not available will be forwarded to the “Hard to Find” department. We will notify you by e-mail or phone to see if you still want the item if we can find it elsewhere. By giving us authorization to find your item/s, you are committing yourself to the purchase, shipping and handling cost.
The full payment is due immediately after the item/s are found. The payment must be received within 15 days after notification. Failure not to comply with this request will result in a $25 re-stocking charge.
